I was thinking about what am I going to eat for supper tonight. So, thinking about it, I said to myself, why not vegetable Chinese noodles? I mean it is a good dish as any, and it would give a nice break to rice. Nothing wrong with eating rice, but I thought it would be awesome to duplicate the Chinese egg noodle dish with spaghettis, probably whole wheat and eat them with green onions and vegetables like carrots among other veggies.
What inspired me to come to this conclusion? A video that I was watching on Youtube. You can find it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br-sIMrQ_LA&NR=1. So, since it seems easy to duplicate, why not cooking some. I will probably eat it with the Barbecue (BBQ or Bar B Q) Tofu that I made yesterday. So, that does not sound that bad. That is what I will be eating tonight.
See you then.

I would like to apology to my readers since I have not posted in a while, I have been busy and going through different ordeals. But I am fine now.
I have not eating spaghettis in a while. Therefore, today I have decided to cook some spaghetti sauce for my whole wheat spaghettis. As I browsed the websites on how to cook spaghetti sauce, I stop at allrecipes.com and discover If you would like to see the original recipe then click here. It calls for meat balls which I did not do.
The ingredients of that recipe are:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 pound Italian Sausage (optional)
Since I am a Vegan, and I advice everyone to become one, I had to change the recipe a little. When I was cooking, I followed everything on the recipe to the letter with the exception of the crushed red pepper flakes. I did not put any. Instead of the 1/4 cup of cooking red wine I used 1/4 cup of cooking white wine. Beside the 1 Table spoon of white sugar, I added 1/4 of it. And Instead of using 1 pound Italian sausage, I used TVP which is Dried veggie meat (you do not have to use it if you do not want to). I am simering this and it’s been a little over an hour, boy if it taste good

My purpose with this writing is to make the public understand that there is a relationship between the spiritual life and the food the believer consume. In this writing the reader is going to discover what it is believe to be something “new”, but it is not. This message will deal with diseases and health but I need to let you know that I am not a Doctor nor I plan to be, neither I am a nutritionist or plan to be, therefore use caution with this “new” information and do not go over board. Please consult your physician before making any changes.
The King James Version (KJV) of the Christian Bible says in Revelation 14: 6-7: And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
The bible is telling us with this two verses that the very last message that planet earth is going to have is to worship the one who created ” heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of the waters”. Answers.com has a good definition it says that worship is: To honor and love as a deity,To regard with ardent or adoring esteem or devotion. See synonyms at revere1, v.intr. To participate in religious rites of worship. To perform an act of worship. So, the question is: How can we worship the Creator if we are sick and diseased? If we have a cold, and it is require for the believer to sing. Can we truly give our best to the Lord, Creator of heaven and earth? We certainly can not give the best to him. There is something about worship which is not a one way street about from God to Us, but there is something that the believer wants to give back for all that God has done to US. If we can not give back to Him, who gave his life for us, can it be truly be called worship. I think it can not.
The Message version of the Bible says in Exodus 15: 26: That’s the place where God set up rules and procedures; that’s where he started testing them. God said, “If you listen, listen obediently to how God tells you to live in his presence, obeying his commandments and keeping all his laws, then I won’t strike you with all the diseases that I inflicted on the Egyptians; I am God your healer.”
God is our healer and as long as his people (not just the Israelites but those who profess to follow him) listen obediently to how God is telling us to live in his presence none of the disease that afflicted the Egyptians will fall on us the believers.
There is a close relationship between what we eat and the diseases that we have. For some of use we could see the immediate result when we eat something right away. Like when one drinks alcohol, one get drunk and one can not think straight. When one eat fry food, and 30 minutes later try to walk or climb a latter, one is going to notice that the heart beats fast, and it takes longer to go upstairs than when the person just eat fruits and vegetable.
